Rexhep Ferri was graduated from Academy of Arts - the Branch of Monumental Paintings in 1966 in Belgrade, at the class of Professor Rajko Nikoliq. He completed the postdegree under the same tutorship in 1970. He is a member of KAFA since 1969.
